John Carter got a ton of hype, big production budget I think, lots of commercials... opened with 30.8 million dollars.
That was SECOND behind "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax" which was in its second week of release.
And a week later, rinky dink "21 Jump Street" with Jonah Hill opens at 35 million!
That's what I call a colossal failure for Disney.
