Random gym story from back in the day:

Theres was this kid named Martin...had to be about 17/18...kind of a guido..spiked hair and everything..little strange. Turns out the girl only dated him for a week and broke up with him so he stalked her and ultimately went to her new boyfriends house and lit her car on fire. I hadn't seen or heard from him in about a year so I googled his name and it said he was arrested for attempted murder last year for trying to burn the same girls house on fire while she and her family was in it!

my real issue is that i get home at like 7...and i eat dinner then, so i have to wait until like 10 to werk out...so i was thinking perhaps I will eat a protein bar before i leave werk...werk out when i get home...then eat dinner at around 8:30ish...

irregardless of that...would u have a protein bar recommendation?

Instead of a protein bar that has 350 calories and too many ingredients to name. There's no need for that plus dinner. You'd be better off having a handful of almonds, some seeds and dried fruit.

yup, they flew back from Japan..had one spring training game with scrubs the next day, then had regulars on sunday-felix pitched yesterday.....and will have another "real" start on saturday

I've never set foot in a Planet Fitness and I don't think I ever will.

It seems to be a place that you are not welcome in if you like to squat or deadlift.

Also, if you bench over 95 pounds, they might revoke your membership.
