Titanic was a great movie. Gun to my head, I would say it is right up there with Shawshank.

A few years ago I was having problems with my neighbors upstairs making too much noise. One time I came home and they had their stereo blasting and it was that Titanic song. I'm like, really? I can understand blasting a classic rock or metal song or something like that, but Celine Dion? Are you serious?

I saw the movie in the theater with my sister and Mom when it came out. I went to the bathroom and came back and asked "Did the boat sink yet?" They were not too happy with me.

the latest reading i did on the titanic was the british board of trade. the us scenario looked amaturish compared to the brits. probably because they're such a big seafaring nation but still, its like our people had no clue what happens on a rowboat much less a huge ship

Remember all the teens seeing that movie 5-6 times in theater? I still don't get it. Is Titanic a movie you can watch that many times? Is it a movie that a top rewatchable movie? Is it like Rocky or Die Hard? No way

I think a lot of those teens were girls who wanted to see Leonardo DiCaprio. Internet hadn't exploded just yet and the girls couldn't just Google his name. And let's face it, chicks dig sappy love stories.
