There is no question that the philosophical themes of the bible can be used for good. However, I think one can take good messages from books without necessarily ascribing the writing of the books to a higher power.

There's plenty of philosophy books or even fiction novels that have inspiring or good themes that one can use in one's life. It doesn't mean I need to think the author is supernatural.

I do plenty of good things in my life, not for a reward, but because it is right to do for my fellow man. I feel a kinship and a connection to others not because they are bound to me in spirit by a god, but because I empathize with others, a trait which was selected for a long time ago when it was a necessary trait for survival in a community (as the current theory goes).

I can respect your choice to believe in something higher, especially if you feel it helps you. You use it in a good way.

its close mikey...close...but lets not forget this is the same guy, the same guy who the undertaker once hung from da rafters by a ROPE. I mean you wanna be a big time wrestler, a hall of famer and ya geting hung from da rafters. I dont see it mikey. Good wrestler and a great samatarian with the police officer scenerio. Hartnell should not be talking to anyone about class or what's classy. I like the way he attacked McDonagh when the game was over. Real tough guy.

Sauer should be back in a month. Bickell has been doing a stellah job. Another nice trade by Sather. Nigel Williams, the guy he traded for Bickell, is a -16 in the AHL.

I was arguing with my friend who I have my Rangers tickets with. I was saying that Sather has been a better Rangers GM than Neil Smith. He disagreed. I know Smith won the cup, but the cupboard was pretty stocked when he got here. The Messier trade was the easiest trade ever, because Pocklington didn't want to pay him and Messier only wanted to go to the Rangers.

When Sather got here it was basically like when FDR inherited the Great Depression. There was no talent on the big club, a million untradable contracts and nothing in the system. He had to rebuild the entire organization. Maybe I'm lawst, but I'm a very pro-Sather guy.
