Also note I said "quick grilled cheese sandwich", ie, on the fly.

Of course you make them with butter in a pan if you want one that tastes great.

I assume if this is a fast food place making grilled cheese, they will saturate the toast in grease before putting it in an industrial toaster with a drip pan or something.
