Yeah, 5 years ago, my first teaching gig, one of my students came in high as all hell. She was eating chips during class (not mine, she would've gotten hell if she did), and she spilled it all over the floor. My co-worker told her to go outside, get a broom and dustpan, and clean it up. She came in with the broom, dustpan, and some chlorine......mind you, our classrooms had carpeting, and she spilled all this chlorine on the floor.

She's in her 2nd or 3rd year as a med student right now.

HAHA....actually, I would think having Mike as a parent would be good for a teacher. He's pretty old school, so he'll probably side with the teacher a lot and blame the kids. I'm starting to see that a little bit as the years go on. Good job outta this new parental generation.

You can never tell. It may be hard to believe but I was once a problem child.

I think on the plus side for the next generations is that they are going to be more tolerant of different lifestyles, and they'll be a lot more interconnected through these social networks, which I think is a good thing.

I actually agree with you. For all of Mike's bluster about not spoiling his kids, I think he's probably not lying there.

Baby's great, thanks. He's doing well, sleeping well, eating well. Growing really fast.
