I think originally it wasn't.

And if they are having college games there, count me in. I've tried to go to the BU/Cornell games at MSG, but they sell out fast.

Was gonna' say the same thing. It hasn't officially been announced as a done deal by the NHL. Once it is, they'll go on sale.

Gonna' cost ya' a pretty penny though.

I agree completely. As you folks were discussing earlier, baseball, unlike football, is the the sport that you just kinda pop on when you get home at night. You do stuff atound the house, prepare dinner, chat with your family and the game is just on. It's not really the focus until a big spot in the game occurs. I like having consistent voices calling the games each night. I just find it weird that there os a different announce crew on YES seemingly every night. It interferes with the consistency of the season

BTW BBAA's suggestion for TRs brother's gift is a stellah one

just missed the Atlantic City one but there is one in NYC at the end of Sept.

Plaxico Burress is a Jet today and shot Giants fans in the heart for two undeniable reasons:
The Jets showed him the guaranteed money.
And they showed him Rex Ryan.

O'Neill - funny, adds some lightness to the broadcast, but is really good at breaking down at-bats and what players are thinking

Flaherty - very technical, especially between pitchers and catchers

Leiter - pitching situations is what he's best at

Cone - the best broadcaster no one knows about

Works both ways....guys like Gary Myers in the Daily News writes articles about how the Jets will get hamstrung by singing Nnamsi and then when they dont he writes that they have to do SOMETHING to combat the Pats getting Haynseworth and Ochocinco.

Im sorry, I just dont see why anybody should be worried about Albert Haynesworth and Ochocinco

I don't know why every writer has to talk Giants when talking about the Plaxico signing. Dude was available. Several teams were in the mix. Eagles, Steelers, Giants, Jets......probably others too.

To rich for my blood. And that's not including a hotel room for the night, if you choose to stay over night. I'll have some friends over and we'll watch it on the big screen.

I don't think Giant fans care all that much. And lets be honest, he took the best deal offered to him. I'm just glad he didn't end up in Philly or Dallas.

Also, as far as the Giants are concerned, bringing a healthy Steve Smith back is more important then bringing back Burress.

I think the one place that would have annoyed me is Philly as I would have nightmares of Vick scrambling around and then lofting a past that Burress reaches up to snag

No real issues with him going to the Jets and should create some yumorous moments with Mike railing against it

Morning krew.

Loved Entourage last night...reminded me of the eps from a older season...The whole crew was back together no one was fighting shit was actually happening in the episode unlike the gawbage last week.....and Dramas line to end the show was golden....fucking golden.

Not upset with what the Yanks didn't do....the market sucked and Ubaldo is not worth that haul the Rox wanted.

2 games out heading into a 4 game set in Chi city before beantown....could be a pretty interesting week for the Yanks.

Just read an article called "The Real Truth Behind the Arena Project" about the vote today. In it, the writer lists the Rangers and James Dolan as being against the project.
