yots and or bbaa hooked me up with the "push/pull" workout. I use it when I'm between workouts. I usually get my routines out of magazines but when I don't like what I see there, I'll do a week of push/pull just to do something. It's a good home workout as well because it's simple moves and you just need some dumb bells to work out.
