I didnt see that but how the hell did she walk if she did this

I always hated doing Bi's and Tri's on the same day... i usually mixed it with bi's/chest and back/shoulders/tri's.. but then again I moved to the beat of my own drum in the gym..

They were saying how because of this case many states have instituted a lawr making it a felony to not report your child missing within 48 hours....theres even a bill in Florida awaiting a vote. Guess its pointless now but I think its a good lawr

I try not to do them on the same day, unless I'm doing a "total body" workout and it's only one set of each. But I try not to do full on workouts of both on the same day.

That's what I figured. I'm trying to improve my bench anyway.

I went to the track the other day after working out. It was nice out and the thought of getting on the treadmill did nothing for me. I had to do it last night though, was to late to go to the track. I love going for a run on a nice morning or late afternoon.

I read thoughts from another juror (it was one of the alternate jurors) that they felt the prosecution didn't provide enough evidence for exactly how the murder was committed, by whom, when, how, etc.

So it sounds like they though there was enough circumstantial and scientific evidence to show how it probably happened, but that that is not enough to convict


- makes you wonder what would have happened if they didn't drive for Murder 1

I've ben nuts lately with the cardio (gotta get the stomach right for Jamaica).. I've taken up boxing/muay tai.. love it much much more than running.. saves my knees and feet.. i got that flat feet scenario.. so too much running takes its toll

And what was she lying about/for? Geez, common sense here people.

I was watching a segment on this the other night and apparently she lied about working for Universal Theme Park. She swore up and down she did, even took the cops or lawyers to the corporate offices, walked around the halls then when it was apparent they were not going to give up, she finally stopped and said, "OK, so I don't work here." He said she will lie and lie and lie until you call her bluff.
