Dat's a good idear.

I find fantasy baseball playoffs to be the flukiest since batters can get so hot/cold in a week and a clunker pitching performance can screw up your ERA for the week. Football is luck based the whole year so the playoffs are gonna be a crapshoot anyway, though at least a good team usually wins. I find that the best team usually wins in basketball, especially in an 8 category format where the higher seeds wins with a tie.

It seems like the Tea Party is beginning to stray from their focus on fiscal issues. Now I see them offering their opinions on foreign policy and social issues.

Old Testament god, perhaps.

He would also probably dislike the fact that I never capitalize the word god. Yes, it's a conscious decision. As is the lowercase "h" when I refer to him.

I capitalize it at the beginning of a sentence because it is grammatically correct.

I basically agree with you though I don't think that tax increases or stimulus spending are anathema like some people do. Of course no one wants taxes raised but when you have a hayuge deficit you might have to swallow it a little.

Would you be in favor of a federal mandate stating that everyone must work on their jetscoachrexryans (or some other combination of words to be determined) for at least 1 hour per week?

I often think... "What if I didn't google search mike francesa message board? What if I just handwaved the site on first glance.? What if I never listened to Mike & the Mad Dog as a kid? How different would my life look?"

I'm weird.

I love how claims fantasy football supremacy. There is some skill involved, but it is mostly a crapshoot. You just set your best lineup possible and whatever happens happens.
