Good Morning from da Days Inn, Albany NY
It's been a very tough couple a weeks folks

My father got outta da hospital Friday night, then my apartment building catches on fire the next day.
Luckily no one was hurt, da sprinklers kept it under control.
I might be able to move back in 2 weeks, kinda doubt it tho

I'm way behind on my work tho, currently working on dis paper topic

No Mike, they were ponzi finance, they expected the house value to go up and with the good market someone would buy it before the interest rate jumped and they couldn't afford the mortgage payment.

I think if you have too many characters in a row, at some point a space is forced in there by the system

so "IAAOT's Posting Tip of the Day" is:
