They havent been playing to win, it seems like they just play tight in order to get at least a point. Id give anything for a nice 4-1 game

Steve Carrel also did an overhaul of himself. He lost a lot of weight between seasons.

The Micheal character can really fluctuate between seasons and even episodes


I like the ones best when he actually shows some business acumen, and isn't a total buffoon or anything, just really socially awkward and a guy who wants to be friends with the "cool" people in the office

A lot of teams do that. If it's tied late, both teams will play conservatively. One point is better then none. That's why the 3 point game has to go. Tonight is a huge night:

Rangers/Islanders
Devils/Thrashers
Hurricanes/Sabres

Toronto losing last night was helpful.

I got the DVDs for the British Office and only watched the first episode and find it really odd. I have to go back and watch the whole series, but something just seemed so off about it. I guess I kept comparing it to the U.S. version. My friend said the same thing when she watched it.

Cant disagree. Devils play every Tuesday night which really screws up my viewing of the Office marathons on TBS. Why cant they play Wendesdays when its Tyler Perry night?

I love it when they show that he can actually sell paper. It really shows that he must have been the star salesman of the branch who was great at his job, and as a reward, was promoted into a management position he just can't handle. He tries to maintain the same relationship with his staff that he had when he was a salesman, but he can't because he's their boss.

It's kind of sad when you think about it. Interesting commentary on corporate America.
