4/26/12 - Game 7's Galore

Mawnin awl!

Pineda's labral tear was definitely present when they traded for him. The reason: the tear doesn't show up on regular MRI's. It only shows up on MRAs (MRI with contrast, inject a fluid into the joint to show interior tears) which they finally gave him on Tuesday. The MRI he got during the physical would never show this type of injury.

I know, I just had surgery to repair the same injury in my hip.

Anyway, Mets win. O's still in first place.

So the question then becomes is an MRA not a typical exam to perform before a trade is approved? I saw Harper wrote an article defending Cashman saying all the medical items on their checklist were taken care of before the trade.

NIDB---Post #3 is actually a very good visual representation of how I look with my cat.

AGENCY!! Sounding good last night, Senor. Rosales is a groove too...I loved Miar's cameos...good breaking down the Draft scenarios/College QBs have always been a crazy grame/NHL too...

Hour 2 is booted up but I want to give it my full attention--gotta go put da RQ on.

Happy Game 7 day (Night), Lads.

Ciminis Jets mock

Id jack for this

Quote:
Round 1 (16) -- OLB Melvin Ingram, South Carolina. They take Ingram over DE Quinton Couples.

Round 2 (47) -- WR Alshon Jeffery, South Carolina. Now the Jets will be the most popular team in South Carolina.

Round 3 (77) -- FS George Iloka, Boise State. The Jets love his size -- 6-foot-3, 225.

Round 5 (154) -- RB Robert Turbin, Utah State. This makes four running backs in four years.

Round 6 (187) -- OT Zebrie Sanders, Florida State. Unless the Jets still believe in Vlad Ducasse, they need a right tackle.

Round 6 (202) -- WR B.J. Cunningham, Michigan State. Another nice-sized (6-foot-1) target for Mark Sanchez.

Round 6 (203) -- CB Omar Bolden, Arizona State. Risky; missed senior year with ACL injury.

Round 7 (232) -- LB Brandon Marshall, Nevada. They need depth at ILB and on special teams.

Round 7 (242) -- DE Markus Kuhn, North Carolina State. Played in German Football League. Will add to the international flavor with Aussie rugby player Hayden Smith.

Round 7 (244) -- RB Jonas Gray, Notre Dame. Coming off knee injury, but has ability. A sleeper.
